About me personally:
I got to know GuoLinQigong in 2007 after chemotherapy. I completed my teacher training with Ms. Wang Li in 2008 and 2009 and have been teaching groups, private individuals and offering workshops since 2009. It is important to me to adapt the exercises to the individual health situation of my clients. I attach great importance to a lively exchange of experiences during further training and teacher meetings.

The prerequisite for practicing in a group is knowledge of the basic exercise. You can learn this exercise in individual lessons or in small groups of up to three people. The exercise room is accessible at ground level. Lessons also take place during the vacations.
