Practice for medical and therapeutic Qi Gong

I teach Guo Lin Qi Gong in the form of individual lessons and in groups. The individual lessons take place individually and by appointment and are particularly suitable for people with an illness.

Group lessons are suitable for teaching basic Guo Lin Qi Gong exercises with a focus on life care. Depending on the composition of the group, however, individual needs can also be addressed in group lessons. The exercises learned in individual lessons can be deepened and corrected in the group.

I am always available for a telephone or personal information meeting before the lessons begin. Lessons in individual or group lessons are billed according to a fee schedule or a fixed course fee.
