Workshop description: In this seminar, we will learn the head massage exercise, which is suitable for life care as well as for chronic illnesses and aftercare. This harmonizes the body's energy, allowing the body and mind to relax and calm down, and regulating typical fullness and/or Yang-heavy illnesses. We will also learn a 13-part finger exercise and repeat the “slow walking” technique.
