Workshop description: Medical Guo Lin Qigong scores highly with systematic exercise sequences, especially for cancer. These are tailored precisely to the individual, their condition, and the stage of their cancer. Guo Lin Qigong is ideal as an accompaniment to guideline therapies and for mitigating possible side effects. In the workshop, participants will learn three basic exercises that they can use immediately.
The founder, Ms. Guo Lin, said: “Everyone can do something for themselves here – take your health into your own hands, or rather, under your feet. As long as you can walk, there is hope.”
